Former Detroit TV Anchor + City Council President Arraigned for Sex With a 14-Year Old [VIDEO]

Charles Pugh, who served as president of the Detroit City Council and worked as a news anchor for Fox 2, has been arraigned on charges alleging that he had sex with a 14-year-old boy.

The 44-year old could face life in prison for having inappropriate sexual contact with the then-14-year old in 2003 and 2004. He met the victim while he was a morning anchor at the TV station.

Detroit police say other victims are not willing to come forward.
