File this one under "Captain Obvious" and "Duh."

Officials with the U.S. Forest in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, are encouraging visitors to STOP taking selfies with....bears. Yep, bears. In fact, the problem is so bad that they're threatening to close the area if people can't control themselves.

The area in question is Taylor Creek, which is home to an annual run of kokanee salmon, which (obviously) attracts hungry bears. Adult male bears can run as fast as 35 mph, especially if they're feeling threatened. So, knock it off.
