Flushing native and American Idol contestant Manny Torres has announced via Facebook live that he's been diagnosed with testicular cancer. He posted the video yesterday.

Ever since he came to the Cars 108 studio last year, we've been following his music career through Facebook, and we were very sad to hear this news. We're pulling for you, Manny. Please know that you've always got family here at the radio station.
