The Flint Youth Symphony Orchestra is preparing for an exciting trip to France, where they will perform and enjoy the culture of being in a different country. Before they go, they will give a "Bon Voyage" concert at The Whiting on March 25th at 3:00 pm. The FYSO is made up of string, wind, brass, percussion, piano and harp players. Together, this dynamic group rehearses and performs a variety of exciting symphonic repertoire.

The FYSO will perform national anthems of France and the USA, plus Copland's Hoe-Down from Rodeo, Marquez's Danzon No. 2 and Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 4 Finale.
