Flint Township Casino Could Bring In 700 Jobs

According to the Flint Journal, The Bay Mills Indian Community is thinking about building a casino in the area which could generate 700 jobs in Genesee County. Officials will be meeting next month to go over this potential plan.

They're looking at building near Lennon and Dutcher roads but they have a couple of issues to work out before they move forward. A few being that they don't have state, federal or tribal permission to build a casino but Bay Mills Indian Community is willing to do whatever it takes to make this happen. The township and members of Bay Mills will be meeting on October 3.
