Some good news and bad news for the Flint School district. The good news is - 13 staff members have been called back after being put on the layoff list. The bad news is that the school board hasn't finalized their budget and there could be more changes, according to ABC-12.

Some employees are worried about how the board will vote, which could create more problems for individual situations. Donna Comstock Herman works at McKinley Foundation Academy:

'"If they take 20 percent in health care and ask us to take more cuts. My family could lose our house. I'm frustrated. When did teachers becomes villains in the state?'"

Part of the proposed budget includes 300 layoffs and moving students to other schools. The board is expected to vote on the measure on June 15. Everyone is hopeful the decision will be based on what's best for the students.
