Their food is fantastic, but it's what they do with their bacon grease that caught the attention of "The Food Network" magazine.

The Flint Crepe Company, in downtown Flint, offers a unique and very tasty menu but they're also very conscious about the Earth's environment. Everything that goes into the making of their incredible crepes and coffees is recycled. Their goal is that nothing from their restaurant should end up in a landfill. To that end, they have found a very resourceful use for their bacon grease and that has earned them national attention as they are featured in an article in March's issue of "The Food Network" magazine.
