Flint Ranks Number In Top Five For Crime

Flint is once again near the top of the list for crime. The city is ranked fourth in the nation on a list of cities with the highest crime rate. Flint moved up from the number five position last year and probably will jump again next year. Rankings are based on crime statistics from the year 2009

, when Flint had 36 homicides. In 2010 there have already been 60 homicides, one short of tying the Flint record of 61 set in 1986.
