Do you know anyone who is participating in the Flint Olympian and CANUSA Games this year or do you plan on attending any of the events? The Flint Olympian Games opening ceremony will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 10am at Northwestern High School's Houston Stadium, followed by 22 events taking place, while the CANUSA Games feature 18 sporting events and will be held in Hamilton, Ontario.

Any resident of Flint and Genesee County or any student of an educational institute who complies with the age limits and qualifications of a particular event is eligible to participate, according to a press release.

Some of the events include archery, baseball, darts, flag football, skeet, karate, gymnastics, swimming, table tennis, volleyball, track and field and more. They're held at various schools and other locations throughout the county.
