Flint Mayor Files Protection Order Against Man Who Requested a Recall

The man says that he's never spoken to her personally or met with her. 

According to officials at the Genesee County Protection Office, Flint Mayor Karen Weaver has filed a personal protection order (PPO) against Arthur Woodson. Woodson is the man who filed recall language against Mayor Weaver, which was approved earlier this month. He filed the language in response to the trash crisis.

The letter has been posted on Facebook:

Woodson is arguing that he's never even gotten close to her, and that she should've filed a police report instead of a PPO. This is juicy, to say the least. From the outside looking in, it appears to be that she's targeting him because he's a thorn in her side.
