If you own a Chevrolet Corvette, or just love "Vettes" you should check out the Flint Corvette Club's 12th annual Corvette Car Show on Saturday, June 2nd from 9-3 at Applegate Chevrolet on Saginaw Street in Flint.

Entry cost is $20 per Corvette with all proceeds going to the United Way and Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. Admission to the public is free. There will be vendors selling hot dogs and ice cream, plus a DJ spinning tunes. Free T-shirts and goody bags to the fist 50 entrants.

The very first Corvette rolled off the assembly line in Flint in 1953, nearly 60 years later it is still one of the most popular sports cars in the world.
