Fenton Business Owners Announce Plans to Relocate, Expand

Business owners Michael and Ashleigh LaJoice of Fenton are pleased to announce the purchase of the property formerly known as Topps Fruit Market and The Laundry King in Fenton. The couple, doing business as LaJoice Enterprises and LoJoice Properties, plans to convert the property at 225 W. Caroline St. to be used for business, residential, and retail space.

LaJoice-owned Chassé Ballroom and Latin Dance Studio will plan to relocate to the new development, as it is currently outgrowing its home on Silver Lake Road. LaJoice says the development was designed with the community in mind, and will create many jobs and business opportunities within the city of Fenton.
