I love breakfast, but I admit that I don't like taking the time to make it. So many places make a tasty breakfast sandwich these days, but my favorite is McDonalds' sausage McMuffin with egg. But now a study coming out of Canada says that may be causing serious damage to your heart.

University of Calgary researchers discovered that students who ate a couple of breakfast sandwiches had reduced blood flow by some 20%.

The high levels of salt, fat and cholesterol contribute to the risk. Continued consumption of these types of food put you at high risk of a heart attack and more.
