Family + Police Search for Missing 16-Year Old Who May Be Suicidal

Police in Southeast Michigan are searching for a 16-year-old girl who is believed to be suicidal. Kara Rupert was last seen Tuesday evening (7/19) near the Northfield Estates mobile home community in Northfield Township.

Northfield Township is located between Brighton and Ann Arbor.

Rupert was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt, grey leggings and flip flops. She left home after an argument with her mother.
