The son of the man killed at a Hank Williams Jr. Concert at DTE Energy Music Theatre says he doesn't blame the 15-year old boy who is being held responsible for his father's death.

Cory Kobe, whose father died as a result of the incident Sunday (8/17) tells WJBK that the boy should not be charged.

"Life happens, accidents happen," Robert Kobe's son tells the Detroit station.

Kobe says the boys were horsing around, when the suspect accidentally pushed Robert Kobe, causing him to strike his head on concrete. Kobe died as a result of the injury.

Cory Kobe says his father and the suspect's father were friends.
