The phones here have been blowing up with questions about Camp Hatchet, and we get it -- this is the first time this is being done. So we'll try to answer all your burning questions here.

When is Camp Hatchet open?

Camp Hatchet will be open for one night only, on September 12th.

Where is it?

We can't give away the location of the camp. Campers will meet at Exit 13 Haunted House (6069 N Saginaw Rd. Mt Morris). From there you will be bussed to camp.

Can I be in the same tent as my friends?

Of course you can! The best way to ensure this happens is to have one person buy all the tickets, then have each person pay them back.

Can I bring my 12 year old?

No! Anyone under 18 is not allowed to attend.

Will I be scared?

Definitely, but how much you are scared is totally up to you. You can have a fun night of camping with your friends with a few scares along the way or be dragged out of your tent in the middle of the night -- your call. Check out the different levels of scare here.

Can I bring snacks?

Yes, you can bring a cooler with non-alcoholic beverages and snacks in it. Yes we will look in the coolers. We will also have S'mores in each scare zone.

When should I buy tickets?

RIGHT NOW! Based on current ticket sales, the buzz surrounding the event, number of phone calls, and emails we have received already, it will fill up fast. Get them here now or you may not be able to lock in the scare level you want.
