While employees are waiting for the opening of their new plant in Flint, they decided to give back to the community.

Volunteers spent the day yesterday at the Catholic Charities Center, doing jobs like sorting through clothes, shoes and books, as well as cleaning.

The CEO of Catholic Charities said that having a group like this that can stay for most of the day is "wonderful."

The Lear automotive seating plant is scheduled to open next week, and part of the company's slogan is to give back to the communities that they serve. They were at the food bank on Monday and Tuesday.

How amazing is it that these employees are taking the entire week before their plant opens to volunteer throughout the community? Love it. Thank you, Lear.
