Elaborate Halloween Light Show Banned [VIDEO]

If you're planning a trip to Riverside, California to see Kevin and Amber Judd's elaborate Halloween display, stop right there. The couple's neighborhood homeowners' association has put the kibosh on it.

The good news is, you can still see it on YouTube. The brilliant light show set to LMFAO's 'Party Rock Anthem' has been viewed more than 10 million times.

Last year, the display attracted thousands of visitors each night, created traffic nightmares, and numerous complaints from neighbors about trash and property damage.

The couple states on their website, "All good things must come to an end."
