E.T.’s Ending Still Makes Henry Thomas and Me Cry

I thought I was the only one. I remember having tears in my eyes at the end of E.T. and I remember looking around the theater and seeing a lot of people doing the same. But, years after the initial viewing, the movie still brings tears to my eyes. Nice to know that I'm not the only one. Henry Thomas,the childhood star of E.T., admitted that 30 years after the show was released, that he still cries at the end.
