Dying Father Walks 11-Year-Old Daughter Down the Aisle [VIDEO]

When Josie Metz got home from school on her 11th birthday, she was met with a surprise. Her parents, Jim and Grace, had arranged a backyard wedding ceremony, so Jim could walk his daughter down the aisle. Metz is living out his final days, after being diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer.

"Your dad may not get to see you get married, but he is here to walk you down the aisle today," said Pastor Gary Galbraith, after pronouncing them "Father and daughter."

“Down the road this will mean a lot to her,” Metz told the Press Enterprise. “She will always remember it.”
