DTE is calling Sunday's storm the worst in ten years, and with so many of the company's customers still without power, DTE expects its' crews and customers to be at the top of their game when it comes to customer service.

That positive attitude was not in evidence when Rachel Bernet, a customer service representative in direct contact with DTE customers, indulged in a very unpleasant Facebook rant about the flood of phone calls from people without power.
