An inquisitive 4 year old was banned from a doughnut shop in Monroe for asking a woman if she was pregnant when she wasn't.

The whole story sounds a little crazy, but the little boy named Justin asked one of the shops regular customers if she was carrying a baby in her belly.

When the woman said no, Justin's mom apologized but the shop owner asked them to leave.  The shop later refused to let them back in because of the childs "rude" behavior.

Do you think the shop has any right to do this?
