Did you miss the giant fireball meteor that streaked across the sky at 3:10 in the morning Friday? If you weren't up to see it, you're in luck because it was captured on a couple of West Michigan residents' doorbell cameras. (Videos below)

Dan Kloosterman and Christine Ford shared the footage they recorded with their Ring cameras with WOOD-TV in Grand Rapids.

According to the American Meteor Society, a meteor is considered a fireball if it is "exceptionally bright, or as bright as the planet Venus, in the night sky." Most meteors travel at a speed somewhere between 25,000 and 160,000 miles per hour.

The AMS says that several reports of the meteor seen over Michigan on Friday were filed.
