Diplo-Dash Retread 5k Run/Walk This Thursday at Flint YMCA

The Diplo-Dash Retread 5k run/walk is this Thursday, June 7th at the Flint YMCA at 411 E. Third Street. Both events start at 6:30 pm. It's a flat and fast course and makes for good speedwork for those training for the Crim. It also benefits the Diplomat Helping Hands Foundation, which assists low income patients in getting needed medications.

If you bring along a pair of wearable, old running shoes to donate, you'll receive a $5 coupon for a pair of new shoes at Bauman's Running and Walking Shop and a free guest pass for the YMCA. You can also sign up for the race at Bauman's, 1473 W. Hill Road up until 2 pm on race day.
