You probably don't think of Flint as a huge launchpad to Hollywood success, but we were surprised to learn just how many talented entertainers have emerged from the area.

There are a lot of athletes and musicians to come out of the 810, but those are different lists for a different time. We wanted to assemble a comprehensive listing of actors with local ties that people will recognize today. In doing research for this article, we learned about a few talented Flint natives of whom we were completely unaware. You probably know about some of these already, but we're willing to bet you didn't know about all of these once-local entertainers.
