The Cars' Classic Lunch will celebrate 25 years this August, and through that time period I would estimate that we played over 6,300 games of musical trivia. Today, because it's Friday, we will find someone who has NEVER been a winner before, and put them into the winners circle. We do this by making our Friday Trivia as easy as we can, because not everyone is a great trivia player. In case you missed it, here are the clues I gave to help. Would you have known without them? It was one of the most successful groups of Motown Records in Detroit. They were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1988. Lead singer, Diana Ross, left the group for a solo career in 1969. Our song today came from April 1966 and cracked the Top Ten. In all they had 35 Top 40 hits, twelve which reached the #1 position. If those clues didn't give you the answer I would be surprised. The Supremes were the most successful girl group of all-time!
