Pizza pizza! This shouldn't be a surprise, so why is everybody peeved?

The new arena that is being built to replace the Joe Louis arena has been officially named...and hockey fans are not happy.

It was announced yesterday that the Little Caesar's Arena will be the new home of the Detroit Red Wings come September 2017. The naming agreement is a 20-year, $120 million deal, and will give Little Caesar's the right to brand the roof of the arena, the exterior, entrances and at center ice.

However, fans are in an uproar, saying that it should be named after Detroit Red Wings player Gordie Howe, aka "Mr. Hockey." A Twitter page has popped up, as well as an online petition.

What do you think of the name? Are you a fan? Little Caesar's is arguably the biggest name in pizza in Michigan, so this shouldn't be a surprise. But it is a little bit...impersonal. Of course, money rules everything. So I have no doubt that the requests for a name change will fall on very rich, deaf ears.
