Detective Does Something Unexpected to Help Foster Brothers [VIDEO]

Jack Mook is longtime detective, with a reputation for being tough on criminals. But when it came to brothers Jesse and Jack who had been in Pittsburgh's foster care system, Mook showed his soft side.
