More than two-thousand years after they were written, the Dead Sea Scrolls have made their way onto the internet. Five of the most important scrolls have been published in an attempt by the custodians to make them available to the public. The scrolls include the biblical book of Isiah, the manuscript known as the Temple Scroll, and three others. The scrolls are thought to be one of the most significant finds of the 20th century. The scrolls shed light on the development of the Hebrew Bible and the beginnings of Christianity.  All of the scrolls will be available by 2016 under a plan in place by Israel.
