Davison Township Mom Helping To Carry Out Son’s Dying Wish..You Can Help [VIDEO]
At 20 Chad Everett is more of a man than some will ever be. Chad is battling Cystic fibrosis.
Doctors have told Chad and his mom Michelle that he doesn’t have long to live. . Doctors told his family Chad wouldn’t live to see the New Year but here he is, strong and determined. Chad’s goal has been to reach and live well into his 21st birthday. Which is Wednesday[today].
Chad was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis when he was only 2 months old. New medicine kept him out of the hospital for more than a decade. However at the end of 2013 Chad’s health took a turn and doctors said he wouldn’t live to see January. Chad would have none of that..he fights on today.
Willie’s Wish Foundation for Cystic Fibrosis has helped make a few other things happen for Chad as well. They helped him and his family attend a Red Wings hockey game last weekend, so Chad could meet his hockey idols.
Chad’s mom said they had 329 cards as of Tuesday morning. I think he should have more than that. Would you like to send one? Chad you’re a very brave young man…fight on. Mom I would imagine you’re very proud. Here’s Chad’s address.
