Trinity Lutheran Church in Davison will host a free dinner this Sunday (4/28) from 5-7 pm. and hopes to bring more awareness to autism and Asperger's syndrome. Although the the event will highlight special needs awareness, families who do not have special needs children are welcome.

Guest speaker Wayne Leideker will share the story of his son Danny, whose classmates befriended him in middle school and years later elected him Homecoming King. Their friendship not only helped Danny with his disability, but taught them a lot about respect and tolerance. You can see more about Danny's amazing journey here.

Trinity Lutheran Church is located at 706 W. Flint St. in Davison. Sunday's event is free, but freewill offerings will be accepted. Reservations are not required, but encourage.
