Who's ready to learn how to make another easy recipe? This cucumber salad is quick and easy and it's something you can add to any menu. This salad may even be featured in our Taste of Home Cooking School event which will take place at Perani Arena next month. 7 cups thinly sliced peeled cucumbers

2 cups sugar

1 large onion, chopped

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon celery seed

In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon. Yield: 8-10 servings.
