Are you trying to figure out a way to help the victims of the recent tornadoes? Now you can with the American Red Cross and the Crim Fitness Foundation. All you have to do is show up Saturday at the Flint Farmers Market for a "Fun'd raising run and walk."

The foundation is collecting tax deductible donations for the Red Cross starting at 7:30am and the first 40 donors will receive a special t-shirt, according to a recent press release.

They'll be set up between the entrance and exits of the north parking lot. All you do is give a cash or check donation and you can start running or walking. You can go on your own or wait until 8:30 to go with a group.

This is a very easy way to help make a difference and a chance to get some exercise at the same time. Get your friends together for some fun on Saturday and after you run or walk, stay at the market and enjoy some great food. I would recommend stopping by the bakery for some scones or croissants!
