Running the Crim is something that most everyone can do. They have events ranging from 1 mile to the well-known Crim 10-Mile race and everything in between. Prices for entry go up July 1st. For the 10-Miler, you'll save 10 bucks by signing up before that date.

The 36th running of the Crim takes place on Saturday, August 25th in downtown Flint. Runners and walkers will notice some changes this year, including new medal designs, finisher's medals for 5k and 8k events, tech shirts instead of cotton, and wave starts for the 10-mile event.

The Crim has been transforming lives and improving health and well-being for area residents since 1977. You can get more information and sign up by visiting the Crim website at: www.crim.org

Sign up by this weekend (before July 1) and save some money. See you on the bricks on August 25th!
