Crazy Lady Thinks The Mailman is Stalking Her [VIDEO]

The mailman followed this woman into her apartment building's office, and every day around the same time he stops by and parks near her residence. Clearly, he's stalking her.

Oddly enough, there's a woman that comes by our house every morning, sometimes even when I'm not home. She always brings bills, and a bunch of crap I don't really want. Should I report her?
