About 5,000 people have been affected, so check your bill.

Consumers Energy has admitted that they may have charged up to 5,000 customers twice for their bills this month. They also said that most customers should have had the second charge voided by midnight, which would've put the money back into their accounts already.

However, Debbie Plumb of Flushing, who was one of the first to notice the double charge, says that she still hasn't received her money. So, she's encouraging everybody to check their bills.
