“It’s just for the kids to get their minds off of things. I just wanted them to have fun.”

Jason Haney, a construction foreman, is working on a $50 million expansion project at Memorial Children's Hospital in Indiana. Last winter, he and his coworkers built a snowman and placed it on top of the site...and the patients loved it. So, Haney had a life-size cutout of Where's Waldo? made, and he moves it throughout the construction site. When patients find it, it's moved.

“He’s eight-feet tall and a pain in the butt to move around sometimes,” Haney told the Huffington Post. “He’s 50, 60 pounds and he’s awkward to carry. But it’s worth it for the kids.”

There's even a Facebook group that's been created so that patients and their families can post pictures of Waldo when they find him. Love it!
