Not that I don't truly appreciate the $25 restaurant gift certificate or the ice scraper with the company logo on it, but a Houston company is putting your employer and mine to shame. This year, each of Hilcorp's 1,381 employees is getting a $100,000 holiday bonus.

They must have had a pretty good year.
