Pizza parties are so boring!

Why not have the 7th and 8th grade football banquet here?

To celebrate winning every football game in their division, Coach Randy Burbach wanted something a little more special than the standard pizza party banquet. When his 7th and 8th grade players suggested Hooters, he thought it was a splendid idea.

Coach Burbach calls Hooters "a family sports bar, football themed." The school's athletic director couldn't disagree more. He argues that Hooters "objectifies women."

How do you feel about a banquet for 7th and 8th grade boys at Hooters? Is it appropriate?

Because of the controversy, Hooters donated $1,000 to the school's football booster club, plus 20% of the banquet day's sales and they picked up the tab for the boy's banquet as well. Maybe Hooters is family friendly after all!
