The students were already thinking about others, even during the scary events of last Friday.

During the lockdown last Friday at Central Michigan University, students were taking notice of how law enforcement had been working the entire day, into the night.

So, they started a GoFundMe page to raise money to feed the officers the next morning. And while they were expecting to make maybe $200, they ended up with over $500...and had coffee and doughnuts donated for free.

So far, they've exceeded their goal and will be donating the money to the Campbell Hall council. When students return from spring break, morale will be down, so they're hoping that the money can go to a pizza party, set up by the R.As.

Amazing - even in THAT scary moment, these kids were thinking about others.
