Central Michigan University police received a report of an abduction at gunpoint Wednesday night(last night).It occurred in the parking lot of the Student Activity Center around 9:30 p.m. Police said the suspect took a female victim and her vehicle before exciting campus.The victim managed to escape, and ran to a nearby house for help.She is safe and with police.

Police are still looking for the man who took her. He is described as a white male, with short blond hair, approximately 160 pounds, 5' 8" and between 20 to 30 years old. He was last seen with the victim's vehicle, a 2003 Blue Ford Escape, in the area of South Mission and Blanchard Roads.
