Clio’s ‘Turkey Warriors’ Delivering Free Thanksgiving Dinners

Turkey Bob and his "team" from Clio are stocked up and ready to go this week.

He and his family are delivering Thanksgiving dinners to over 300 homes throughout Michigan, from Flint to Alpena. This is the second year they've done it, and a lot of people say that they wouldn't be able to have Thanksgiving without the turkey warriors.

They deliver through Thanksgiving morning. Bob says that he can't enjoy his own Thanksgiving if he knows that his neighbors aren't having one. *sniffle*

I love local good news stories, and this one legitimately made me tear up. Wonderful to know that we have people like this in our very own community.
