Banned in the U.K. – SodaStream Will Bring Ad To Superbowl

SodaStream commercials have been banned in the UK for "denigrating" bottled drinks. But, since they can't run their ads in the United Kingdom, they are going to take advantage of America's biggest showplace, the Superbowl! The commercial shows people carbonating water with a SodaStream which uses water and additives to make a version of soda pop. Soda manufacturers in the U.K. complained and the ad was pulled from British TV.

Jessica Simpson spent her Sunday at the Super Bowl. Just because she is pregnant is no reason for her to miss the big game! She showed up at Lucas Oil Stadium to watch the New York Giants take on the New England Patriots for Super Bowl XLVI, and tweeted a picture of herself at the game.

“My a– is gonna waddle to the Super Bowl,” Simpson tweeted just days before the big game. “Who’s comin’ with me????”

There's one more Super Bowl commercial that you probably haven't seen - in fact most of us didn't see it Sunday night, because it only aired in North Platte, Nebraska.

And this is no big budget ad featuring Jerry Seinfeld, Matthew Brodderick or Regis - it's a low rent spot with the one and only Will Ferrell pitching 'Old Milwaukee' beer. But it's getting more Internet buzz than most of the big guys' commercials. A lot more:

Yesterday, George posted the Chrysler ad with Clint Eastwood and asked if you thought this was the best Super Bowl commercial. The spot is all about the resilience of Detroit, but some critics aren't happy with the ad because it wasn't filmed in Detroit. They actually shot the commercial in New Orleans and L.A.
