March 21, 2012 33-year-old mother of two Susanne Eman is still working on her goal of becoming the world's fattest woman. When I last blogged about her in August of last year her weight was 733-pounds. In less than a year she has managed to pack on another 33-pounds. Susanne is only at the halfway mark of her 1600lb goal.
