This year, consumers will spend $2 billion on Easter candy including chocolate eggs, jelly beans and other treats. My favorite ones are the Reese's peanut butter eggs so I plan on eating a lot of those this weekend. I'm not a huge fan of Peeps or jelly beans.

2012 Cars Critters Campaign

Just in time for Easter, Cars 108 is again looking for new and gently used stuffed animals. We will donate them to the Genesee County Department of Human Services to help fill Easter Baskets for foster kids in our area.

The campaign runs until March 29th, and drop-off locations are located all over Flint and Genesee County. Donate your 'Cars Critters' at these area locations.

The numbers are in, and it’s official: more people decided to stay home instead of seeing their favorite acts on tour in 2011. But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good year for some of the artists who hit the road — including Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift, both of whom made the North American top five in Pollstar’s year-end list of the top-grossing tours.

In fact, Taylor had the second-most popular tour of 2011, bringing in an impressive $97.7 million in the States — right behind U2, who topped the American chart as well as the worldwide tally.

Recent reports that Whitney Houston has been banned from all future Prince shows are apparently not true.

The AP, TMZ, and other sources said that Houston's bizarre behavior, and constant request for tickets to Prince's shows, led the purple one to permanently ban Whitney from his shows. Prince's camps says it's a lie, and according to the Examiner.com:
