Cars 108 Home Makeover Winner [Video]

It's always a good morning when you can help someone else out. Listeners have had the chance to qualify for a home makeover package and the lucky winners were Julie and Jerry Parke. We had the chance to surprise them this morning to tell them the good news.

They were completely surprised and all we told them last week was they were one in three people who have qualified, but really they were our only winners but we couldn't let them know, since we were surprising them.

We had over 5,ooo online entries and over 90 people qualified on the air. The Parke's have won a package which is valued at over $10,000 to use for carpet and/or furniture from Skaff Furniture -Carpet One Floor and Home, deck, basement or roofing work from State Building Company in Davison, a Kountrywood Kitchen from Starline Kitchen and Bath Gallery and a new Jeldwen sliding glass door or entry door installed by Northern Window & Door in Fenton.

Julie said she was completely shocked when she realized we were driving to her house. She is very excited about a new kitchen and new glass doors. Thank you to everyone who participated in the promotion.
