The manufacturer of the caffeinated alcohol drink Four Loko said they will remove the caffeine and two other ingredients from its products. The Food and Drug Administration is expected to announce that it has determined caffeine is not safe to add to alcoholic beverages. Earlier this month, Michigan was the first state in the U.S. to ban the sale of caffeinated alcoholic beverages.
