Buzz Lightyear Spacesuit Becomes Reality

The past becomes the future very soon as NASA gets ready to test their new spacesuit the Z-1 Prototype Spacesuit and Portable Life Support System (PLSS). If you are a fan of any of the Toy Story movies, then pay attention because Buzz Lightyear might have been the model.

There are a lot of new changes to the new model ,of spacesuit. It is more flexible, and therefore easier to get in and out of. It allows more motion and also provides it's own airlock. It just might take us to "Infinity and Beyond" because it looks remarkably like Buzz's outfit.

It was named one of Time Magazine's "Best Inventions of 2012"...even if 'Toy Story' did it first.
