Burglar Dies After Homeowner Ties Him to a Tree [VIDEO]

A Washington County Alabama man is dead after the homeowner he was attempting to rob tied him to a tree.

Police say 68-year-old Nathaniel Johnson lay in wait for Cleveland Gully, and captured the 31-year-old man when he broke the lock and entered his home. Police don't believe Johnson intended to kill the man, and say he tied him to a tree before leaving to seek help from area police.
