You trained all summer to run the Crim 10-miler, and you succeeded.  Now what?  You keep a good thing going by continuing to run, and setting your sights on a half-marathon race.  The Brooksie Way in Rochester is a great choice, and a little over a month away.

The Brooksie Way Half Marathon and 5k will take place on Sunday, September 30th, starting and finishing on the grounds of Oakland University/Meadowbrook Music Festival in Rochester, just a short drive from the Flint area.

Like the Crim, the Brooksie Way race course features some challenging hills.  You'll run along river trails and through quiet neighborhoods while enjoying the fall colors.  Late September usually brings comfortable running weather.

When you finish, you'll enjoy post-race party fun with music, food, beverages,  and  a family activity zone.

The Brooksie Way Half Marathon is a great way for you to continue your running/fitness regimen.  Keep a good thing going and register today!
